The Silk Road

Christina & Pat recently visited Uzbeckistan.  A place on the silk road where there is still a wonderful tradition of handmade textiles -Ikat weaving and Embroidery being the main activities.

  As well as looking at beautiful fabrics they were able to look at the wonderful architecture and taste the food of a different culture.
